1. General Terms and Conditions

1. Barishal Paribahan Pvt. Ltd. enables travelers to purchase bus tickets online from the comfort of their home or office by providing multiple bus types, destinations, departure schedules, and fare options.
2. The arrival and departure times mentioned on the ticket are tentative and may change due to unavoidable circumstances such as traffic congestion, road diversions, weather conditions, or operational issues. However, buses will not depart before the scheduled departure time mentioned on the ticket.
3. Passengers must provide the following at the time of boarding:
   1. Ticket SMS or Email confirmation.
   2. Valid Government-issued ID such as NID, Passport, or Driving License.
4. Passengers are responsible for ensuring that the travel date, time, boarding point, and destination are correct before confirming ticket purchases.
5. Passengers must arrive at the boarding point at least 15 minutes before departure time. Failure to arrive on time may result in denial of boarding.
6. All complaints or grievances must be submitted in writing to support@barishalparibahan.com within seven (7) days from the date of travel.
7. A booking is considered confirmed once the booking confirmation page is successfully displayed, even if SMS or Email delivery fails.
8. Ticket confirmation or cancellation messages may occasionally fail or be delayed due to reasons beyond our control.
9. By booking through our website, customers consent to receiving calls, SMS, emails, and notifications regarding bookings and promotional offers.
10. Partial cancellation and partial refund are not permitted.
11. Barishal Paribahan Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to amend or withdraw these terms at any time without prior notice.

2. User Account

1. Users may create an account using a mobile number, email address, or both.
2. Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.
3. Users accept responsibility for all activities performed through their registered account.
4. Users must immediately notify Barishal Paribahan Pvt. Ltd. if they believe their account or password has been compromised.
5. Users must provide accurate and updated information during registration.
6. The website is intended for personal and non-commercial use only.
7. Re-selling, copying, scraping, deep-linking, or reproducing website content for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited.
8. Barishal Paribahan Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account for misuse or suspicious activities.

3. Usage Conduct

1. Users may not modify, reproduce, copy, distribute, or commercially exploit any part of the website.
2. The website and tickets purchased through it are for personal use only.
3. Unauthorized use of trademarks, logos, or website materials is prohibited.
4. The website must not be used for fraudulent or unlawful purposes.

4. Payment

1. If any payment is cancelled by a bank, payment gateway, or financial institution due to unauthorized or fraudulent transactions, the related ticket booking may be cancelled automatically.
2. Any refunded amount received by Barishal Paribahan Pvt. Ltd. will be returned through the original payment source.

5. Ticket Cancellation

1. Ticket cancellation eligibility depends on the departure schedule.
2. Tickets purchased online must be cancelled online only.
3. Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 24 hours before departure time.
4. During Eid or special holiday schedules, tickets may not be eligible for cancellation.

6. Refund Policy

1. Refunds are processed to the original payment source used during booking.
2. Banks or payment providers may take 5–14 working days to process refund amounts.
3. No refund will be provided for passengers who fail to appear at the boarding point on time.
4. Transaction charges and delivery charges are non-refundable.

7. Miscellaneous

1. Customers must provide a valid phone number during booking.
2. Barishal Paribahan Pvt. Ltd. is responsible for issuing valid tickets and providing customer support.
3. Pets are not allowed on board.
4. Frozen/raw meat, seafood, and similar restricted items are prohibited on board.

8. Carriage Policy

1. Barishal Paribahan Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to refuse passengers or luggage under the following conditions:
   1. Carrying illegal substances or prohibited items.
   2. Passenger behavior affecting safety or comfort.
   3. Failure to provide valid identification.
   4. Fraudulent or unauthorized ticket purchase.
   5. Counterfeit or altered ticket/booking documents.
   6. Passenger deemed medically unfit for travel.
2. The operator may reschedule, delay, substitute, or cancel trips due to operational requirements or unavoidable circumstances.
3. Passengers are responsible for carrying valid government-issued identification during travel.
